Foot Reflexology The feet are worked with pressure techniques and massage movements. These work effectively to identify areas of imbalance within the body and it's energy system and encourage it's own healing mechanisms to spring into action.

Myofascial Release Therapy  Myofascial Release Therapy is a specialised physical therapy that works to release the restrictions within the fascial network leading to improved posture and reduced pain levels.
